They want to take cuts of you doing the hobbies you like to do everyday. Directors already have the type of person they want, so seeing if you are a match is their priority. Also including the types of people you interact with on a regular basis. Even though time is limited, you want to showcase your life and self as much as you can. This will give you the best chance getting a cal from the casting director.
